One of the things that brought the most joy to Parker and us during his PICU stay was a large mylar balloon of a sweet faced reindeer. The balloon was given to Parker by Mattel as part of their holiday donations to the hospital. We reached out to the hospital and found out that there aren’t as many donations in the Summer time, so it is our hope that delivering large Summer themed balloons to the PICU will bring some joy during their Summertime hospital stay and to help spread the word of the Parker H. Bainter Foundation.
